  • Distribution within the RCM Group: The data collected is intended for the RCMarine Yachts departments and entities concerned by the subject of your request and may be shared with other entities of the RCM Group when their communication is necessary for the implementation of the aforementioned processing.
  • Transmission of data to subcontractors who are called upon to provide services in connection with the above-mentioned processing.
  • Transmission of data to partners who manufacture products sold by RCMarine Yachts dealerships: your data may be transmitted to the following partners, depending on the brands concerned by your purchases at our dealership, in particular in order to register and give you the benefit of the manufacturer's warranty
