RCMarine Yachts undertakes to process your personal data in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (RGPD) and Law n°78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended relating to information technology, files and freedoms ("Informatique et Libertés" law), which define the conditions under which personal data processing may be implemented.

• Distribution within the RCM Group: The data collected is intended for the RCMarine Yachts departments and entities concerned by the subject of your request and may be shared with other entities of the RCM Group when their communication is necessary for the implementation of the aforementioned processing.
• Transmission of data to subcontractors who are called upon to provide services in connection with the above-mentioned processing.
• Transmission of data to partners who manufacture products sold by RCMarine Yachts dealerships: your data may be transmitted to the following partners, depending on the brands concerned by your purchases at our dealership, in particular in order to register and give you the benefit of the manufacturer's warranty
• Azimut Yachts

Transfer of personal data outside the EU
